Crypto subscription purchases are digital goods. Refund rights are limited but exist for clear failure modes. Read carefully.
If a subscription was not delivered after on-chain confirmation, if the wrong plan was activated due to our error, or if a verifiable platform-side bug prevents use of the product. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Once a subscription is delivered, active, and used (any successful HWID handshake), refunds are not available. Crypto exchange rate fluctuations are also outside our control.
Open a ticket from your profile (Account > Tickets) with category 'Billing'. Include your invoice ID, the address you paid from, and the transaction hash. Refunds are issued in the same crypto you paid with, net of network fees.
Eligibility decisions are made within 5 business days. Approved refunds are dispatched within 2 additional business days.
